The opportunity: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Loyalty Partnerships Manager to join Bupa on a 12-month parental leave contract. If you are energetic, highly motivated, and have a can-do attitude who enjoys networking and establishing relationships, we have the perfect job for you!We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Loyalty Partnerships Manager who is full of ideas and industry contacts to help us ensure commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners. This position will drive the partnerships proposition of Bupa’s new loyalty program, as well as oversee the day-to-day program partnership management activities. As the Loyalty Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing the existing Bupa loyalty program partnerships, as well as sourcing, onboarding, and developing a strong pipeline of new partners to deliver against the loyalty programs engagement and retention goals.The role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney with hybrid work arrangements available. How will I help?
1. Ownership of developing and executing the loyalty consumer partnerships portfolio strategy
2. Responsible for the day-to-day management of our client relationships and partnership agreements proactively working with a range of teams internally and with the loyalty agency
3. Align on the strategy, budget targets, reporting on performance, driving new opportunities with existing partners to provide Bupa customers with the best value
4. Ability to demonstrate and implement Risk & Governance processes to manage all partnerships
5. Drive best commercial outcomes with new and existing partners aligned to the loyalty program strategy
6. Partner with internal stakeholders and support in the delivery of Bupa’s strategic partner initiatives through the loyalty program
7. Play an active role in identifying new growth areas within the existing partnership portfolio
8. Negotiate, finalise, and deliver new customer value propositions with our partners, working with the loyalty agency and internal stakeholders to bring opportunities to life.
9. Manage the approval processes between our partners, internal marketing teams and our loyalty agency for partner brand and marketing approvals for loyalty communications
10. Ensure the partnership guiding principles for the loyalty program are adhered too in development of new partnership opportunities as well as management of existing partners

11. Previous experience working in a partnership/business development role
12. Experience working in a loyalty program preferred but not essential
