Linfox Intermodal MC Truck Driver Position
We are seeking skilled and dedicated truck drivers to join our team at Linfox Intermodal in Acacia Ridge, QLD.
* Driving location: Acacia Ridge, QLD
* Start times: 4-5 pm from our Acacia Ridge site
* Duties:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Chain of Responsibility principles and extensive knowledge of road transport legislation. Key areas of focus include:
* Complying with the Linfox coupling & uncoupling procedures
* Daily prestart checks and ensuring loads are restrained appropriately
* Driving to the commitment of Linfox Safety Standards at all times
* Ensuring that Vision Zero is a daily focus
Prior transport experience driving Multi-Combination is desirable, as is knowledge of local and regional locations within Brisbane and surrounding areas. Familiarity with fundamental manual handling protocols and strong work ethic, customer service and communication skills are also essential.
