We are committed to the health and safety of our employees and minimizing the impact of our manufacturing activities on the community and the environment.About the roleWe are delighted to announce that we are looking for a Process Engineer at our flagship Yarwun manufacturing site. The role will report to the Senior Manager Technical. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for the optimization and technical development of the Ammonia Nitrate Complex and related areas. We offer relocation cost coverage for candidates moving from other areas of Australia.What you will be doingEnsure adherence to safety, health, and environmental procedures;Maintain safety and process documentation for the Ammonia Nitrate Complex;Support and deliver continuous improvement projects;Provide technical support across production, maintenance, and supply chain activities;Review and approve management of change proposals;Analyse process data for trends and improvement opportunities;Lead root cause analysis for process incidents.What you will bringQualifications in Chemical/Process Engineering with a minimum of 4+ years industry experience.Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently.Fluent in written and spoken English.Results-oriented, conceptual thinker with a tenacity for taking initiative and getting the job done.Experience with process safety management and risk assessment.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.What we offerAs part of a truly global company, you will have the ability to grow and learn in a diverse, collaborative culture.
