What We're Looking ForWe’re on the hunt for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face behind our full people lifecycle—with the key responsibility of ensuring every candidate and new hire has a seamless, engaging experience from the first hello to a successful integration into our CorePlan Crew.Initially, this position will be offered on a 0.6 – 0.8 FTE with flexibility on how these hours are worked, negotiable for the ideal candidate.ResponsibilitiesHandle the complete recruitment cycle—from posting jobs and screening resumes to scheduling interviews and collecting feedback.Work closely with hiring managers to shape effective recruitment and onboarding strategies.Conduct initial phone screenings and background checks.Maintain recruitment records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Plan and run engaging onboarding sessions, including preparing employment documentation, setting up IT and workspaces, and introducing new hires to the team.Oversee offboarding processes like exit interviews and equipment returns.Assist managers in other People activities when required.Qualifications And FitBachelor’s degree (or working towards) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (desirable).4+ years’ experience in recruitment, onboarding, or HR operations.Ability to influence and contribute to conversation at all levels within the Company.Exceptional attention to detail, initiative, and ability to work autonomously.Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with care.Our CultureTL;DR - CorePlan is not a good fit for everyone, and that’s OK.
