About the role Northern NSW Local Health District is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their Specialist Palliative Care in Byron. This role provides high levels of clinically focused nursing care within the specialty area of palliative care, end of life nursing to improve access of care and addressing gaps in existing health care services through the provision of a flexible and innovative model of care. Clinical and professional leadership as an expert in the clinical field and undertaking comprehensive health assessments as well as collaborating and consulting with other members of the health care team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
