We treat each other with care and respect and make time to give everyone a voice.Job DescriptionContract Services Responsible for the project Contracting Processes.Manage a diversified supply chain.Critically appraise contracts documents.Manage contractual relationships as required.Contract Execution Support client to ensure that contract documents are in strict accordance with Legal approved contract templates.Work closely with the project team to ensure effective and timely document processing and management of contract documents.Prepare Change Management processes as required.Project Management (Support) Coordinate and manage GC, scope change and overall project delivery.Manage the integration of supply chain scope as part of overall project delivery.Perform all normal project management duties expected on any design and build project.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Construction Economics or a related field.Minimum of 10 years experience in commercial management/quantity surveying.Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement practices.Experience with large-scale construction projects in data center or hi-tech industry.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to lead, as well as work well in a team environment.Additional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
