In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing educational programs that promote the highest standards of care, while ensuring alignment with the facility’s policies and best practices. This role is with the top 3 aged care providers in NSW meaning that they are quite well known in the industry and have a fantastic structure for all their employees and clients. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deliver clinical education programs that meet the needs of the team. Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement in the delivery of high-quality care. Utilize adult learning principles to create and implement effective training initiatives. Ensure that all clinical training complies with Aged Care Accreditation Standards and facility guidelines. Cultivate strong relationships with staff to support ongoing professional development and learning opportunities. Skills and Experience: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent qualification). At least 3 years of post-graduate nursing experience. Current registration with the relevant professional body (AHPRA). Expertise in adult learning principles and experience in developing training programs. Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and relationship-building abilities. In-depth understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards and experience delivering education under these guidelines.
