In recent years, our workforce has doubled, and we now proudly employ over 300 professionals dedicated to helping shape Australia's future and fulfilling our mission of empowering communities.About the roleThe Brand & Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships and brand initiatives to drive growth and enhance brand presence across SA's diverse stakeholders – from members, contributors, customers, and employees, to industry, government, media and the broader community. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of brand strategy, and the ability to identify and leverage partnership opportunities. This is a 12-month fixed term contract.What you'll doPlaying a leading role in our brand project – re-articulating our purpose statement and defining our brand narrativeDeveloping and implementing brand strategies to enhance reputation and reachProject work on emerging issues like artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and energy – showcasing SA as a flagship name that offers valued expertise and experienceDeveloping joint marketing plans to launch new partnerships and coordinating all tactical activity agreed within the planOngoing relationship management of partner organisations including managing requests, rolling out new initiatives, and campaign managementIdentify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships (incl. sponsorships and events) that align with the SA's brand and business objectivesAbout youStrong understanding of brand strategy and marketing principlesWorking with third-party organisations to deliver marketing campaigns and activityProject management and coordinating cross-functional teamsAnalysing relevant data points to prove the effectiveness of marketing activityManaging agencies and external vendors to deliver projectsManaging competing priorities and confidently making recommendations to internal and external stakeholdersWorking independently in a well-organised and structured manner, while also collaborating openly and proactively with team members to get things doneCulture & BenefitsStandards Australia is proud to have been awarded the prestigious Employer of Choice Award for two consecutive years, 2023 and 2024.
