Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in crafting memorable experiences for our guests through a smooth and enjoyable dining journey. You'll be the first point of contact, warmly greeting visitors, assisting with inquiries, and offering expert recommendations to elevate their experience.
Your responsibilities will include taking accurate orders, ensuring timely service, and maintaining a clean, inviting environment. Beyond day-to-day service, you’ll also be involved in hosting a variety of functions and events, helping to create the lively and engaging atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
Qualifications
* Availability to a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
* Friendly and customer-focused demeanor
* Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
* Positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification
