We have 0.3 FTE available for a Permanent Sessional appointment. The Opportunity In this role, you will support the delivery of a comprehensive palliative care service to the communities surrounding Broome Health Service as a member of the regional palliative care multidisciplinary team (MDT). You will be responsible for creating and delivering proactive, patient-centred management plans for patients with complex needs, working closely with the regional palliative care specialist and nurse coordinator. Rostering is flexible and, in conjunction with the unit, is currently spread over two days. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in education and training to develop the capacity of other generalist clinicians in palliative care, ensuring high-quality services are provided.
