We are expanding through WA and currently seek a full time sales consultant for our Aspley clinic. About the Role The ideal candidate should have a strong customer service focus, with empathy, compassion and a drive to deliver the best outcome. Some of the tasks the successful candidate will be responsible for are, Taking customer’s enquiries in store and over the phone. Investigating and helping customers problem solve therapy issues. Provide set-up, on-going support and equipment to ensure therapy is maintained to a high standard. Fit the customer for a mask and help recommend the most appropriate mask based on training provided. Provide customers with advice in the safe and effective use of their medical equipment. Sale of new or additional services over the phone, with follow-up on trials and testing results to ensure sales conversion. Keep good condition of the retail premises and displays. Responsible for handling of payments, balancing of float and banking. Accountable for both trial and sales stock - Manage the stock levels and re-order stock as required. To succeed in this role, you will have the following: Previous experience in a busy retail or customer service role. Provide a caring and outstanding reception duties to our customers Ability to maintain compassion and remain calm under pressure. A strong customer service that is always looking for the best outcome for the individual. Strong and adaptable communication skills are a must. An active listener with the ability to find solutions to customer concerns and issues. Healthcare retail experience is preferred, however not necessary as we will provide all the training required.
