Businessary is delighted to be working with an organisation dedicated to providing tailored insurance solutions that meets the needs of small to medium enterprises.They have a wonderful story to tell of friendship, business growth and excitement about the future.They're looking for an Account Executive that understands the challenges businesses face and who can translate that into the provision of the very best insurance solutions.This role offers an enormous amount of flexibility.The business is in Geelong and if you are in a comfortable commuting distance to attend the office at least once a week, the rest of the time you can be based at home.In addition to that, you will be given a portfolio of business of around $280k with the predominant mix being personal lines and the remainder commercial.Your natural flair for business development, client retention and the curiosity to develop new markets means you will grow the commercial element of this book.Your core duties are: Overseeing and managing the renewal process to ensure operational compliance integrity while delivering exceptional service.Grow your existing portfolio while developing new relationships to ensure pipeline and sustainable growth of your portfolio.Offering outstanding client service and cultivating relationships with clients, underwriters, and other key stakeholders.Managing accounts and overseeing debtor activities.Collecting vital client information and addressing critical issues and needs.Ensuring complete accuracy in documentation and policy management for both internal and external stakeholders.Proactively seek out learning opportunities to ensure you stay up to date with industry trends and remain ahead with your CPD obligations.About you: You have insurance broking experience, and you're likely an Internal Account Executive or a seasoned Assistant Account Executive ready for the next step in your career.You can demonstrate success in client retention, business development, and sustained employment.You have backed this experience with Tier 1 qualifications.You demonstrate excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a proven capacity to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, strong administrative capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail, combined with a strong dedication to delivering exceptional client service.So, if you are looking for a role in a vibrant and ambitious business that values your solid character, ambition, and potential as much as your current experience and gives you the accountability and autonomy to work flexibly, then please apply online or call Jason on 0422211*** for a confidential conversation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
