About the role GrainCorp is currently seeking a Financial Accountant, based at our Sydney office, to assist in the preparation of statutory financial reports and ASX reporting for group compliance. The responsibilities of the role will include:Assist in the preparation of statutory financial reports and ASX reporting for group compliance.Managing the monthly general ledger reconciliation process, including the processing of transactions and journals as well as responsibility for maintaining the integrity of key balance sheet accounts.Responsibility for maintaining the integrity of key balance sheet control accounts, including bank clearing accounts for grains and corporate.Provide reliable and timely reporting & analytical support to the Financial and Commercial Accounting Teams. This will involve compiling, interpreting and reporting of financial information.About your experience Candidates will be either CA or CPA qualified (or working towards the qualification) with experience working in a commercial environment. Candidates will also display:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong project management and task prioritisation skills and experience.Experience of ASX/ASIC reporting requirements will be beneficial.SAP experience or a similar ERP system.Ready to apply? / How do you apply?
