About the Role
Are you passionate about maintaining the highest quality standards? Do you excel in detailed planning and execution? We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Advisor to join our dynamic team supporting a key Defence program. In this vital role, you'll uphold the integrity of our Business and Quality Management Systems, ensuring they meet company and customer requirements.
As a Quality Assurance Advisor, you will take charge of delivering an annual audit program, conducting a variety of quality assurance activities across our program, suppliers, and sub-contractors. You will prepare for audits, develop comprehensive reports, and make strategic recommendations to enhance our multi-disciplinary assurance criteria.
Your key responsibilities include leading assurance activities and implementing the requirements of our BMS and AS/NZS ISO : Quality Management System. You'll plan, develop, and execute an audit schedule in collaboration with our HSEQ, SQA, and Program Managers. Additionally, you'll manage customer non-conformance issues, ensuring compliance through quality interactions with subcontractors and suppliers across Australia. You'll provide expert advice and actively implement solutions to uphold our quality assurance standards.

To be successful, you will bring
4. Australian Citizen with a Defence security clearance (or the ability to obtain).
5. Lead Auditor qualification in Quality and experience in a similar Defence or high-risk industry.
6. Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor Certificate for AS/NZS ISO :.
7. Environmental Management, ISO : Safety Management and AS/NZS : Risk Management.
8. Experience leading investigations.
