Our client is a leading media company, integral to the daily lives of Australians. Currently undergoing an exciting growth phase, they are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their People & Culture team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This organisation offers an outstanding culture, strong team tenure, and flexible working arrangements.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Provide guidance and support to managers across HR policies and procedures.
2. Collaborate and advise managers on workforce planning, performance management, organisational change, compliance and employee relations to ensure organisation effectiveness
3. Address employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with Australian legislation and company policies
4. Partner with senior stakeholders and the wider People & Culture team on people initiatives and strategies
5. Establish and sustain strong relationships with key managers in the division while staying informed about their current business needs.
Key Requirements:
6. 5 years experience in a HR Advisory position or similar
7. Experience managing your own client group or similar
8. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
9. Excellent knowledge of local law and legislation
