The successful candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships across renewable energy developers, utilities, government bodies, and commercial/industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
* Lead the sales team to deliver innovative solutions, drive growth in existing market segments, and identify new business opportunities.
* Identify and capitalize on opportunities in renewable energy integration, energy storage, grid modernization, and digital industry.
* Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
* Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and sales performance analysis, ensuring targets are met.
* Mentor, inspire, and guide the sales team, setting clear performance goals and monitoring KPIs.
* Manage the sales pipeline within the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
The Ideal Candidate:
* At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a minimum of 5 years in the energy, infrastructure, or renewable energy sectors.
* A proven track record in developing market segments and securing multimillion-dollar contracts.
* Highly motivated, self-starting, and passionate about business development in competitive and dynamic environments.
* Strong sales management experience, with the ability to lead teams and drive results.
* Exceptional strategic thinking and relationship-building skills.
