Hofmann Engineering, located in Bassendean, is actively searching for a highly skilled and motivated Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) technician to become an integral part of our expanding team. We are specifically seeking an individual with proven experience in the field. The role: Representing the company in a professional manner and carrying out all business dealings to the highest ethical standards. Conduct a variety of non-destructive tests (e.g., Ultrasonic Testing, Magnetic Particle Inspection & Penetrant testing) on materials, components, and structures. Interpret and evaluate test results in accordance with industry codes, standards, and customer specifications. Perform routine equipment calibration and maintenance to ensure accurate and reliable test results. Generate detailed inspection reports documenting findings, procedures, and recommendations. Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to address and resolve quality-related issues. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment. Stay current with industry advancements, techniques, and tools to enhance NDT capabilities. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: A minimum of 3 years' proven experience as an NDT Technician in an industrial or manufacturing setting. AINDT or BINDT (PCN) Level 2 or equivalent in Ultrasonic Testing, Magnetic Particle Inspection & Penetrant testing is essential. Outstanding verbal, written and computing skills. Excellent demonstrated communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal) with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships with all stakeholders of various levels.
