Responsibilities of the role include:Plan and manage the daily radiographer resourcing and productivity by ensuring appropriate rostering, sick leave management and leave planningPerform routine and specialised medical imaging procedures to a high standardManage, develop, and provide clinical guidance to the team of medical imaging technologists Ensure outstanding service delivery and provide supervision of the day-to-day activity, including prioritisation of the daily workload, equipment maintenance and first line people managementLead quality improvement initiatives informed by clinical incident reviews as well as review and refine work practices to improve clinical and performance outcomesEstablish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key referrers and hospital stakeholdersOther responsibilities as allocated by the Site Operations Manager or COO. Skills & ExperienceThe successful candidate will:Experience as a Modality Lead in a hospital settingStrong understanding of the service delivery models within the private healthcare sector People management experience with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience with incident reporting systems, such as Riskman.
