Housing Assistance is responsible for the provision and management of public housing services in the Territory, in addition to homelessness services, community housing, housing policy and asset management. With an aim to be an innovative and effective social housing provider and responsive to the needs of its clients while fostering a safe, strong and cohesive community. We currently have a vacancy for a Client Engagement Officer to join our team. The Client Engagement Team is responsible for 'frontline' service delivery and plays a significant part in addressing tenancy or application enquiries.
