As an Audio Visual Support Technician at Centorrino Technologies (CT), you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional technical support to our clients with a focus in this role on Audio Visual (AV) technology.
This role requires a skilled professional who can provide first-class support for AV systems, maintain operational excellence in the management of AV devices, and ensure seamless integration of AV technologies into the wider IT environment. You will be a key part of the Audio Visual Team, working on system runups and documentation, assisting with AV-related service desk requests, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and working collaboratively with other teams to ensure our clients' AV needs are met both remotely and on client sites.

RequirementsWhat you'll do: Act as a point of contact for AV-related service desk tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Provide troubleshooting and support for AV hardware and software, digital signage, interactive displays, video conferencing systems, microphones, and speakers. Working with the AV team for system runups and configuration prior to them being deployed onsite. Assist with systems documentation and onboarding to remote management services Monitor and maintain the health and performance of AV equipment across client environments. Perform regular updates, testing, and configuration of AV systems to ensure optimal performance. Create and maintain client documentation of deployed systems and changes Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to manage warranty claims, repairs, and system upgrades. Document AV processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides for internal and client use. Maintain a high standard of customer service when interacting with clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience. What you'll bring: Previous experience in an AV support or IT service desk role, preferabley in a Managed Services environment.
Strong knowledge of AV systems, including projectors, video conferencing platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom), interactive displays, sound systems, and AV control systems. Experience in supporting and maintaining vendor specific solutions such as Biamp, Crestron, Logitech, Poly, Samsung, Shure, Yealink amongst others. Familiarity with AV integrations into IT environments, including networked AV solutions. Remote management and monitoring of these systems via CT and associated portals Microsoft Teams Rooms Administration experience and certification.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve AV hardware and software issues efficiently with end users over the phone. Willingness to take ownership of AV-related challenges and collaborate to find solutions.
