Job Description:
As a Senior Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing sourcing strategies for solutions that achieve Macquarie's business objectives.
* Drive innovation through building, maintaining and enhancing supplier relationships
* Own and implement sourcing initiatives to drive efficiency across the portfolio
* Support the delivery of best-in-class solutions, strong commercial outcomes, and the highest standards of supplier risk management
* Lead and guide sourcing team members within a direct or virtual team environment
* 5+ years experience in a similar role
* Strategic thinking capability with strong commercial acumen
* Ability to engage effectively with a broad range of stakeholders and partners
