Provide support to the Blood Borne Virus and Sexual Health Service and their clients, delivering an effective and confidential administrative support service.
About the Role:
Support administration staff and clients at 92 Bolsover Street, delivering efficient and confidential services to a high standard in collaboration with the line manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify opportunities for improvement and commit to continuous quality improvement.
* Utilize PC-based systems, including Windows, word processing, spreadsheet, electronic mail, and diary appointments, accurate data entry, and retrieval from various information systems.
About You:
Demonstrated experience in administration, customer service, and working with diverse populations. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality.
