Account & Relationship Management (Sales) Full time Add expected salary to your profile for insights.Scots Ice Australia Pty Ltd, a privately owned Australian company, is an innovative and respected leader in the commercial food service equipment industry.The Scots Ice Australia brand is synonymous with outstanding products and customer service.Our product range extends from major lines of equipment to cooking utensils and accessories, with quality and superior performance the common denominator in the products we represent.An opportunity exists for a QLD Area Sales Manager to join our team from our Brisbane office.You will work within a team to identify and develop preferred partnerships with key stakeholders and create sales opportunities that include the complete Scots Ice Australia equipment offering.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and close sales opportunities with Distribution partners and Key End Users.Provide expertise, product presentations and application support to customers.Maintain and develop close relationships with existing and new accounts within key segments whilst improving customer service levels and satisfaction.Participate in national and local regional planning and be responsible for developing and executing the business development plan in assigned region.Canvas for new contacts within existing and future accounts; identify and capitalise on new opportunities to achieve sales objectives and KPIs.Approach, attract and influence key decision makers and effectively progress leads to the stage of proposal, contract preparation and closure.Provide monthly reports on all significant matters, sales and marketing activities, actions.Record and manage all activity, leads, opportunities, quotes, orders, contacts, and customer company information.Carry out other duties and responsibilities as per the job description and/or as directed.Minimum RequirementsProven experience and success in Business Development and Sales.Qualified Chef or Baker with extensive experience and a great network of contacts.The ability to build rapport with clients, achieve targets and confidently demonstrate, offer and deliver food service solutions.A high level of initiative, problem-solving, creativity, lateral thinking, self-motivation, organisational, interpersonal and entrepreneurial skills.Ability to develop, implement and execute short, medium, long term strategies.Ability to lead, motivate and work within a team, managing a combination of priorities.Negotiation ability at all levels in a professional manner.High level written & verbal communication skills.Current driver's license is essential.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as an Area Sales Manager?Do you have experience in a sales role?Do you have customer service experience?Do you have experience in a role which requires relationship management experience? #J-18808-Ljbffr
