Your work will involve collating data from surveillance audits and inspections to ensure our city remains in top shape. In this position, you'll be at the forefront of applying quality service standards within the Waste and Recycling Branch. You'll provide exceptional customer service and build effective relationships with service providers, all aimed at achieving continuous improvements in our service levels. What you will bring...(selection criteria) Relevant tertiary qualification or extensive work experience in contract compliance and management. Demonstrated experience in implementing performance measurement, auditing, and monitoring, including benchmarking. Excellent written and oral communication skills including the capacity to negotiate and liaise effectively with customers, stakeholders, and the ability to build and manage relationships critical to the delivery of Council's services. Demonstrated ability to manage and monitor contract performance, contract management and administration. Demonstrated ability to utilise mobile auditing devices, computer systems including databases, spreadsheets and word processing software.
