About The Role
We are looking for a speech pathologist who wants to progress their career to the next level. You will be responsible for working with children from ages 0-18, their families and others involved in their care so that they can have a happy, calm and connected family and community life.

What It Takes To Join Our Team
* Bachelor or Masters entry degree in Speech Pathology which is recognised by Speech Pathology Australia as a qualification suitable for practice as a Speech Pathologist in Australia
* Membership with Speech Pathology Australia with provisional/full Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status (or the ability to acquire before commencement).
* Ability to work independently, have great time management skills and be an effective team member
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with parents, professionals, other stakeholders and team members, both verbally and in writing.
* Ability to identify own learning needs, strengths and limitations and seek out appropriate tools and resources to improve own skills and competencies as required.
* Attention to detail and commitment to achieving quality outcomes and continuous quality improvement.
* Ability to learn quickly, show initiative and problem solve with a positive attitude and growth mindset in a busy work setting.
