About This Role
We are seeking General Volunteers to join our team and provide free laundry services to those in need. As a General Volunteer, you will have the opportunity to positively connect with people from all walks of life during your Orange Sky shift.
Our organisation has various service locations, including laundry vans, fixed laundry pods, and indoor laundries. These facilities enable us to provide a convenient and accessible service to our clients.
Eligibility Criteria
* Centrelink recipients are encouraged to apply
* People learning English are welcome to volunteer
* Individuals with disabilities are eligible to participate
* Skilled volunteers are also invited to join our team
Key Responsibilities
As a General Volunteer, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing free laundry services to those in need
* Engaging in genuine conversations with clients and other volunteers
