We're on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and team in launching this exciting new store in Caulfield!
About the Role:
* Assisting the Store Manager with daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service
* Supporting, mentoring, and motivating the team to reach sales and service goals
* Helping to manage stock control, visual merchandising, and overall store presentation
* Contributing to a positive and productive work environment by implementing store policies and procedures
* Building strong relationships with customers
About You:
* Proven experience in a leadership role, pet industry experience is essential
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and inspire a high-performing team
* Passion for customer service and working with animals
* Strong business sense with the ability to contribute to sales growth and targets
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
