About Us
Three Blue Ducks at The Farm Byron Bay is set on an 80-acre farm and Macadamia Orchard with views of both the hinterland and Byron’s iconic lighthouse.
We’re a professional but fun, positive and social crew, working with food and beverage we're genuinely proud of. Teamwork, enthusiasm, and inclusivity are all key factors in our ethos.
We are looking for a casual Chef de Partie to join our growing team ahead of the busy season. You must be reliable, keen to work, and passionate about all things food. We will be able to offer from 2-5 shifts per week.
Qualifications & Experience
* Strong experience as a Chef de Partie
* A true interest in ethical food, hospitality, and people
* Excellent knowledge of food & produce
* Good communication & organisational skills
* Enforce and adhere to food safety, health, and hygiene standards
* Experience in working as part of a team in high-pressure environments
* Self-motivated, well-presented, and punctual
