We have an opportunity to join the team at our Stockland Birtinya Shopping Centre. Implementing creative and engaging customer experiences to support the centre’s market strategy and plans and partnering with local retailers and the community to drive opportunities within the centre.
About the role
You’ll support the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns and events for Stockland Birtinya and sometimes Birringa on an ad hoc basis. This high touch customer facing role works closely with retailers and local community and pivotal in ensuring the centre marketing outcomes are delivered and achieved.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Engage with local retailers and integration of the retailers into key marketing campaigns
2. Successful implementation of marketing campaigns and events
3. Drive the presentation of the centre including visual merchandising, hoarding and signage treatments
4. Network locally to ensure that sponsorship and participation opportunities are identified
5. Assist in identifying key stakeholders within region and develop communication schedule to ensure regular contact
6. Engage relevant local groups and committees
7. Contribute to the integration of CR&S initiatives and relationships through marketing mix and program
8. Implementing community relations programs, events, and sponsorships
9. Content creation upload across social and digital channels
About you
10. Possess marketing knowledge and expertise gained through a formal qualification and ideally within shopping centres or retail industries or alternatively events management or worked with a charity or community-based service with a marketing focus
11. Well developed written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail
12. You work well under pressure and meet agreed deadlines
13. A genuine brand advocate, you have the ability to create strong stakeholder relationships
