Your work will directly contribute to the success of our business, ensuring we meet both production goals and our sustainability targets.ABOUT YOUR ROLEAs a Specialist Technician, you'll play a vital role in the efficient operation of our packaging processes at CCEP.
Reporting to the Maintenance Team Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted operation of our injection moulding machines and associated equipment.In this dual trade role, you will apply your skills in both mechanical and electrical systems to drive improvements in cost, efficiency, and productivity across our operations.
You'll work closely with various teams, including maintenance, production, warehouse, and quality, collaborating to keep our equipment running at optimal levels.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGWorking safely and complying with safety, quality and organisation standards.Maintaining and troubleshooting injection moulding machines, inspection systems and other ancillary equipment.Maintaining PLC and server infrastructures including regular back-ups and software upgrades.Undertaking maintenance activities and continuous improvement activities.Utilising MMS to manage work orders and spares.Ensuring equipment is operating as intended and escalating issues as required.Applying Good Manufacturing Practices and housekeeping.General upkeep of work areas.Investigating and troubleshooting issues autonomously.Identifying and implementing improvement opportunities.Participating in capital project implementations as required.LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU!Trade equivalent certification in both mechanical and electrical trades (inclusive of an electrician license and trade certificate).2+ years experience in FMCG, packaging or pharmaceutical environments.Previous experience in an injection moulding environment (desirable).Skills in troubleshooting complex mechanical and electronic equipment.Possessing a strong safety focus.Industrial IT network, HMI, Server and related network equipment troubleshooting and maintenance experience.Basic maintenance and repair of hydraulic and/or electropneumatic systems.Proficient in computerized maintenance management systems.Able to diagnose and rectify faults.WHAT'S ON OFFERGenerous product allowances across our beverage portfolio to share with family and friends.Competitive salary and employee benefits.Ongoing support, training, and career development opportunities.Employee Share Purchase Plan, Purchase Leave Program, Paid Company Parental Leave and more!Ready to make an impact with Coca-Cola?
