Join our dynamic team at Wizard Professional Services as a Replenishment Coordinator. Reporting to the Replenishment Manager, you will drive a high standard of data integrity, stock management and data maintenance for the business. You will be responsible for new line creation, ordering and stock management, POS Maintenance and managing the Connect Wise service for the Supply & Category team, whilst ensuring our service levels deliver on our Customer Success beliefs. You will also be responsible for streamlining workflows to increase productivity and suggest ways to provide more innovation to the Replenishment team.
Key Responsibilities
* Is responsible for ensuring all POS Data is maintained and completed to a high standard of accuracy in line with the agreed data rules.
* Regularly review and update wholesaler and direct price files and deals in POS ensuring the best deals are loaded for the franchisees.
* Actively support the introduction of New Lines and Ranges into the business through new line creation and opening allocations in a timely and accurate manner.
* Perform all Central Ordering duties including purchase order generation and amendments, setting up and maintaining automated order templates, replenishment/promotional/seasonal buys, and store transfers.
* Loading of Promotional pricing, generating forecasts and placing promotion allocations of stock in line with promotional activities.
* Manage and respond to all queries and tasks logged on Connectwise in a timely manner as per SLA, with a focus on ensuring the customers/franchisees needs and expectations are met.
* Assist with reviewing and updating Central Ordering and POS Works processes and projects with the focus of continuous improvement whilst ensuring continued Franchise satisfaction.
* Support store and office teams in application of the Customer Success framework to ensure the highest levels of customer service are achieved, acting as a role model and mentor to team members while positively displaying the organisation's values.
Qualifications and Experience:
* 4 + Years experience in Retail Inventory Management
* Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
* Experience in Supply Chain, Stock Management and Data Maintenance
* Knowledge of the Pharmacy Industry is desirable
