Overview
Are you ready to make a difference in the Riverland Mallee Coorong Community? We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Business Support Officer to join our casual pool!
In this role, you will provide high-quality, confidential, customer-focused administrative services to clients, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:
Corporate and medical records management
Staff training management
Fleet coordination and stock control
Processing invoices via Sunrise, Basware, and Oracle
CME data entry and appointment scheduling
Front counter service and switchboard operations
What We’re Looking For:
Communication Skills: You should have a proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a diverse range of clients and health service staff.Team Player: A positive attitude and the ability to contribute to team cooperation is essential.Customer Service Excellence: Your exceptional customer service skills will help you handle even the most challenging situations with grace.Tech-Savvy: High competency in computers, word processing, and office administration, especially with medical records and Microsoft Excel.Confidentiality: A strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all interactions.Experience: Administrative and clerical support experience is a must. Proficiency in developing spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel will be highly regarded.

Applicant Information
Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements:
National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups required for this position (E.g. aged care employment or work involving vulnerable clients)
Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category B
SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
