Job Description
o Develop and execute strategic A&P plans to drive brand awareness, sales growth, and market share across national FMCG channels.
o Conduct market reviews and consumer research to generate insights that inform brand positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.
o Manage end-to-end brand marketing activities, including campaign planning, supplier approvals, media buying, and public relations.
o Monitor brand performance and profitability, including sales analysis, demand forecasting, stock movement, and post-campaign evaluation.
o Oversee promotional events, merchandising, and digital content, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and effective market execution.
The Successful Applicant
o 3-8 years of relevant FMCG experience, ideally with exposure to the food industry.
o Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
o Fluency in Chinese and English, with strong verbal, written, and reading skills in both languages.
o Strong organisational and negotiation skills, with the ability to solve problems and analyse data effectively.
o Financial and commercial acumen, with experience in business planning, budget management, and building strong relationships.
