Senior Test Analyst What's the opportunity? We are looking for a Senior Test Analyst to join our Technology Team. As a Senior Test Analyst, you will be responsible for documenting and executing test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications, network systems, infrastructure, and digital solutions. This role involves working closely with the Project Managers, Business Analysts, third party vendors and other key stakeholders to understand requirements and create effective test plans and cases. What will I be doing? Select and implement appropriate functional and non-functional testing approaches based on system complexity and risk. Develop, automate, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases for both functional and non-functional testing. Prepare test data, configure test environments, and automate repeatable tests, ensuring accurate execution and defect logging. Identify and mitigate risks during testing, providing detailed analysis and reporting on test activities and results. Manage complex test environments, ensuring alignment with production conditions and collaborating across teams to ensure thorough test coverage. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, manage communications, and gather feedback to enhance stakeholder engagement. Contribute to the development and improvement of quality management practices, processes, and standards. Plan and conduct quality assurance assessments, analyse compliance evidence, and propose corrective actions to ensure adherence to organisational standards. What is it like to work with us? What you will bring: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail, with a commitment to high-quality outcomes. Proficiency in test management and automation tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephr, Tricentis, UFT One, UIPath, Postman) and knowledge of Visual Basic. Solid experience with infrastructure components (e.g., servers, databases, SQL, cloud services) and digital solution testing tools. Knowledge of network testing tools and demonstrated experience with IT security standards, including compliance with APRA’s CPS 234 and ITIL. Proven initiative, self-motivation, and a delivery-focused approach, with the ability to prepare comprehensive test documentation and provide clear direction to testing teams. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with ISTQB certification preferred and at least 5 years of IT systems testing experience. Who are Qudos Bank?
