Full Time Sous Chef - Murray's Beer Garden
Murray's Beer Garden is looking for an additional Sous Chef who will be working within an energetic, friendly environment, with dedicated Head Chefs and a team who are fun and treat each other like a big family. This is a unique opportunity for professional Sous Chefs looking to join the kitchen team and to enjoy the fast-paced environment our venues have to offer.
We are looking for outstanding Sous Chefs who have experience working in a busy commercial kitchen across a variety of cuisines and styles, delivering good quality and modern innovative food.
You:
* Minimum 3-5 years experience in a professional environment
* Minimum 12 months of experience in the Sous Chef role
* The skill to create menus that adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the venue's identity
* Strong knowledge of food safety protocols
* Able to work 5 days across a 7 day operation
* Hold a Cert IV in Commercial Cookery
* Must have qualifications or trade experience equivalent
* Flexible and willing attitude, clear communication and customer service skills
* Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
* You will be reliable, dedicated, willing to continue learning and passionate
