The Role Lead and mentor a team of passionate chefs and produce exceptional bistro food, You will partner with the team and owners to continue a great culture and consistency of food. Your role will be to ensure all kitchen operations both front and back of house are adhered to, staff motivation, financials, suppliers and menu development as well as service.
