Contract/TempAttractive Salary + Super + Salary SacrificeThe Institute for Urban Indigenous Health Ltd was established by its founding members to provide a coordinated/integrated approach to the planning, development and delivery of comprehensive primary health care services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander populations within the Southeast Qld Region.The Goodna Clinic was established in 2014 in response to the large and unmet health and related needs of a large and growing population of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the Goodna region.About the RoleThe temporary, 6-month role will provide coordination of supports to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients who experience complex social and mental health conditions and to work effectively with other social and health practitioners to identify and access appropriate services and supports to meet their needs.
