Salary range is $106,390 - $111,093 + Super.Key Responsibilities:Provide trauma informed, developmentally sensitive and culturally safe counselling and support to children and young people who have experienced unwanted sexual contact and/or to address harmful sexual behaviours.Identify and work toward client goals and achieve successful case outcomes for clients.Early intervention focus working holistically with families, parents, and carers to prevent further harm.You can read our full position description here under the relevant vacancy.About YouTertiary degree qualifications in a relevant discipline (psychology, social work, counselling).Registration with the appropriate Board under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.At least two (2) years' experience working with children, young people and their families in similar roles.Experience providing individual and group therapy to children, young people and their families.Understanding of the impacts of trauma on child and family functioning.Other RequirementsEligibility for a Working with Children Check or professional exemption.Legally able work in Australia (proof of eligibility will be requested).About ApplyingJob applications will be reviewed as soon as submitted.
