Responsibilities
* Offer administrative assistance to the sales department
* Compile appraisal packs, marketing quotations, and calendars
* Coordinate marketing arrangements for upcoming listings
* Prepare open-for-inspection packs and just listed/auction/sold letters
* Publish listings online, making necessary adjustments to price guides or details
* Organize and manage records and files for upcoming property listings
* Collaborate with the general manager in the implementation of new processes, policies, software, or initiatives, fostering a collaborative environment
Requirements
* Previous residential real estate experience in NSW
* Possession of a real estate license and valid driver's license
* Strong administration skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Organized, thorough, systems-oriented with meticulous attention to detail
* A proven ability to build strong client relationships and maintain an excellent customer focus
* Strong knowledge of the local area is essential
