The Opportunity:
As part of their company's rapid growth in recent years, Hall Contracting are now looking to welcome a temporary Accounts Payable team member to assist in their Sippy Downs Head Office ! This role will see you report to the Company Accountant and work closely with the Accounts Payable Lead.

Setup new vendors in the system and process their credit applications. Monitor account ageing to ensure payments are on time and within terms. Follow up queries and vendor issues as needed. Visa card & fuel card administration. General office admin: Stationery orders; freight; uniforms. General reception cover as needed. Use of SAGE 300 Software (Prior experience not essential) About You: Understanding of Accounts Payable principles. Intermediate knowledge of MS Office. Intermediate to Experienced in Accounts Payable. Able to work collaboratively in a team environment with a no-fuss 'can do' attitude. Able to work autonomously to meet deadlines.
