About the Role: The Food and Beverage Duty Manager will take the lead in the day to day operations of the business, ensuring a seamless operation and allowing customers to enjoy an exceptional experience. This role will be mostly operations focused with some administrative duties. Our Duty Managers play a key role in creating a sense of atmosphere, training new team members and ensuring the venue complies with regulations. Looking for someone experienced in working in a fast-paced environment across a multi-faced venue with a gaming background. Attention to detail and a positive work ethic is a must.
