Skills & experienceYou will be an Insolvency Litigation Lawyer at the 2-4 years' PAE level. Your roleYour focus will be predominantly in practice areas of property, strata, debt recovery and insolvency. Acting primarily for trustees and liquidators in complex litigation ranging from Local Court matters through to the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and the Federal Courts.
