We strive for continued success in leveraging technical innovation to develop next-generation solutions.We are looking for a National Sales Manager to oversee the PQ Enterprise Segment and Service business development teams. The successful candidate will develop and execute a sales strategy to increase market share, and enhance our brand within key segments including Infrastructure, Mining, and Commercial.The successful candidate will be a leader with extensive experience in IT, Critical Infrastructure, and Intelligent Power markets. We are looking for a skilled and seasoned leader who will collaborate and work closely with the PQ General Manager and Leadership Team to develop and implement the overall PQ strategy in ANZ.Key Duties:Lead the Enterprise UPS and Services strategy for PQ to maintain coverage and increase breadth & depth.Coaching sales teams to successfully achieve set goals. Lead and coach the team in effective segment and account mapping practices.Map and maintain relationships at all levels within selected accounts – C-level, IT Managers, facilities managers, partners and other key decision makers or influencers.Work closely with the Power Quality General Manger on the overall 5-year strategy for business growth and annual execution through the profit plan process.Strong leadership and being a positive role model for all Eaton employees and building Eaton’s brand in front of customers.Build strong relationships with regional and global sales leaders, and product managers.Demonstrate attributes aligned to Eaton values and a champion in customer advocacy.Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure lead times are met, and where possible improved through supply chain efficiency.Represent the ANZ Enterprise UPS and Services Sales Organisation in the PQ senior leadership team.Qualifications:At least 10 years of demonstrated experience working in a sales capacity, preferably in the critical power industry (UPS, Battery, Infrastructure and Security Systems).Strong demonstrated experience in managing teams, and coaching employees.Strong leadership experience in external and internal stakeholder management skillsUnderstanding of macro trends driving growthPrevious experience in developing, managing and executing account plans for targeted segment accounts.What We Offer:On-site parkingCompetitive salary, car allowance, with access to bonus schemeInclusive working environmentVolunteer daysOutstanding training and development programs for both professional and personal developmentWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
