About this role
As a Massage Therapist with Southern Cross Care, you will work proactively to support clients access services that maximise their independence, while improving and maintaining their health and well-being. You'll also design and deliver massage therapies that match needs as well as proactively advocating for your clients, enhancing their life quality and physical function.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
5. delivery of safe and effective massage therapy for older people, including those with multiple chronic conditions
6. contributing positively to multi-disciplinary care planning for our clients
7. demonstrated experience in person-centred practice, service continuous improvement, evidence based treatment and service delivery
8. engaging in case conferencing and problem-solving of complex care needs
9. proactively delivering evidence-based reablement pathways that ensure client physical, social and mental health benefits
10. demonstrated willingness to increase your personal skill set.

About you
We are looking for people who will be the difference in the lives of our residents and clients.
The successful candidate must hold a minimum Diploma Qualification in Massage Therapy Practice and current registration with either Association of Massage Therapists or Massage & Myotherapy Australia.
You will be highly resilient and passionate about supporting clients towards better health. Equally comfortable working autonomously as well as within a collaborative team environment, you will have exceptional listening, communication, and time management skills as well as a willingness to drive innovative practice.
