Annual salary ranges from $72,000 - $82,000 relevant to their qualifications and demonstrated experience.Qualifications & Work ExperienceMinimum Certificate III equivalent in Individual Support or related disability support/community service.Diploma equivalent degree is desirable.Minimum 1-year (20 hours per week or more) post-qualification work experience.Experience in the delivery of personal care services and/or challenging behaviours is viewed favourably.Valid full Driver's License.A cleared Working with Children Check and National Criminal Record Clearance.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport client engagement in community activities to enhance quality of life through person-centric care.Work cooperatively with the coordinator of services in developing effective communication and productive relationships with clients.Supervise or provide a wide range of personal care services to clients under limited supervision.Support clients' goals and aspirations while maintaining an environment free from abuse, neglect, exploitation, and other misconduct.Provide care in line with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Code of Conduct and in compliance with the NDIS quality and safeguard commission.Collaborate with relevant teams to develop a person-centred approach for clients.Participate in case reviews to determine the needs and wellbeing of the client.Attend staff meetings, operations meetings, and other relevant stakeholders meetings as required.Monitor clients' wellbeing and progress reporting.Perform administrative duties and regular house audit reporting.Supervise disability support workers (DSW) to ensure clients receive support in line with the NDIS Code of Conduct and relevant company policies.Provide regular coaching and feedback to DSW in the team.Employer QuestionsYour application will include the following questions:Do you have an Australian driver's licence?Do you have an Australian National Police Check?Do you have a First Aid licence or certification?Do you have NDIS Worker Screening?Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
