Our Mission is to be the trusted partner in Sustainability and Efficiency.About the opportunity:The Primary Technical Support Engineer will provide technical support for Schneider Electric's Home and Distribution, Low-voltage and Industrial Automation products.Reporting to the Advanced Technical Support Manager, the Primary Technical Support Engineer will be our customer’s first advocate and connect our teams to provide a simplified, seamless experience.Through innovation and digitisation, you will play an integral part as a change agent towards continuous improvement and a pivotal role in guiding customers and SE businesses in selecting and implementing our products and ensuring customer expectations are met and business goals are achieved.The role can be based in any of these locations: Christchurch or Auckland, New Zealand and Adelaide or Sydney, Australia.Key operational responsibilities:Deliver the primary level of technical support on our range of Electrical Power distribution and automation products in a timely mannerEngage with various internal stakeholders (Product marketing, sales, customer care team, Advanced technical support) as neededDevelop personal technical expertise on Schneider Electric’s product range (including PDL) and contribute towards company knowledge resources (FAQs and Articles)Pre-sales assistance and entry-level post-sales supportIdentify and understand customer issues and expectationsEnhance customer satisfaction and continue to refine customer management skillsContribute to and lead identification of new opportunities during engagement discussions with the customerBolster the company's reputation by providing excellent customer serviceAbout you:You are innovative and strategic, focused on defining and supporting new models of technical support to produce premium service offerings to our customers.
