Job Description:
* We are seeking a highly analytical individual to lead the preparation and management of our financial plans, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial strategies.
* The ideal candidate will analyze business performance and financial results, providing actionable insights to support informed decision-making.
* This role involves preparing and presenting detailed financial analysis for key business metrics, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections.
* You will work closely with department heads and senior management to provide relevant financial data and analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
* We are committed to continuous improvement and are seeking an individual who can drive process improvements in financial planning and reporting.
Requirements:
* Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, preferably with experience from a Big 4 firm.
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), financial analysis, or a related field.
* Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools and platforms, such as Tableau or Power BI.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
