The Role Do you have excellent administrative and customer service skills? In this varied role, you will provide effective and efficient systems and administrative support to the Property Services team that will enhance the management of the City's property portfolio. You will respond to requests for building repairs and maintenance, manage keys for building access and undertake a range of general administrative duties. About You To be successful in this role, you will have administration experience with demonstrated skills in providing a high standard of customer service. The ability to solve problems using creativity and originality with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of customers are essential for this role. General knowledge and understanding of property management principles and practices is desirable. A satisfactory police records check is required for this position.
