Requirements
* Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Proven experience as a HR Advisor with exposure to HR Investigations, performance management, and performance review.
* Broad knowledge of HR/IR requirements and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Strong ethics and good personal judgement.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Team-oriented mindset.
