Introduction: Conveniently located on Scottsdate Drive, Robina, this brand new Early Learning Centre has been custom-designed to meet the evolving learning needs of children six weeks to six years of age. As you enter our beautiful centre, you’ll find our state-of-the-art Chef’s kitchen and culinary lesson area, as well as our parent lounge where families can connect or meet with educators over fresh barista coffee and a baked treat. Our learning hubs are bright and inviting, filled with rich, warm timber resources and innovative educational materials. Each hub leads out to a wonderful outdoor space, where children can enjoy countless hours of fun on the bike track, in the cubbyhouse, or caring for our edible gardens. Able to plan, implement and evaluate programs through your strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Capable to engage children through activities and experiences appropriate for age groups and stages of development
Prior leadership experience in mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation
Team player who is open to different views, receptive to feedback and reflects upon best practice
Mature and Professional approach
Experience working within a Nursery setting and children aged 0-2 years
Oversight to ensure your room is immaculately presented as a welcoming and safe environment
Able to work on rotating shifts, Monday to Friday between 6.30 am – 6.30 pm
Qualifications
Holds an ACECQA-approved Diploma OR Bachelor qualification
Current Working with Children's Check (Blue card)
Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one
Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one
